The Infrastructure & Sustainability (I&S) Computer Literacy Program for Frontline Service Workers is a program that introduces basic computing skills. Enroll in and successfully complete the Computer Literacy for Frontline Staff course. The 4-week course meets twice weekly for 1.5 hours.

Learners must successfully complete a performance assessment in which they demonstrate proficiency to their instructor in essential computer literacy competencies: Log in to employee email; Send and receive emails; Utilize Outlook calendaring; Utilize Microsoft Teams and Zoom; Access LinkedIn Learning for professional growth; Log in to and navigate essential functionalities of the MyCUInfo campus portal.
