The Peer Health Leader micro-credential is earned by students who have participated in the UCO Peer Health Leader program and earned all 4 other micro-credentials within this suite. Earners of the Peer Health Leader micro-credential have been verified by their supervisor as capable leaders, advocates, and peer educators. Students may earn their Peer Health Leader micro-credential based on their end-of-semester performance appraisal, and capacity to reflect meaningfully upon their own abilities.
