Exploring Automation at Work

This course equips participants with a structured framework for evaluating which work processes are suitable candidates for automation. Using the RATE Assessment methodology, participants learn to systematically analyze tasks based on four criteria. Earners can make evidence-based decisions about automation and can evaluate work processes to determine their suitability for automation using a structured assessment framework.
