Creative Thinking at Work

This course teaches participants how to generate innovative solutions on demand using the SPARK Process, a structured approach to divergent thinking. Creativity is presented not as an innate talent but as a learnable skill that can be systematically applied to workplace challenges. Participants learn five techniques for pushing past default thinking patterns. Earners are able to generate innovative solutions to a work challenge using at least two divergent techniques.
