Inclusive Communication: Africana Perspectives provides students with foundational knowledge of African and African Diasporic histories, cultures, and contemporary issues while developing skills in intercultural communication, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. Through course content and an experiential service-learning project with the Kansas City Museum, students will engage with multiple cultural perspectives and apply academic concepts to contemporary issues.
