Demonstration of mentoring skills through reflective journaling prompts, guided class discussions, analysis of scenarios, applied strategies, and comparing changes over time with mentoring philosophy. Learners must meet all assignment rubrics.

Completion of a 7-week training series consisting of reflective journal prompts, guided class discussions, applied exercise discussion scenarios, and reflective assignments. Active participation and submission of all required coursework are mandatory.
