Earners of the White Glove Service micro-credential have demonstrated a high degree of competency in customer service practices that implement specific techniques for exceeding expectations in value, information, convenience and timing, thus creating greater customer loyalty. This micro credential is available as part of the ABUS F175 Customer Service course.

Earning Criteria

The earner will work 3 hours per week for 4 weeks in a business of their choice. During their time working in the business, the earner will exemplify customer-oriented service skills learned in the first 8 weeks of instruction. To obtain credit, the earner should receive an overall score of 4 or above (out of 5) in an evaluation by the supervisor.

The earner will complete a presentation at the end of the field work, detailing the experience and identifying customer service components therein. The student must earn an overall score of B or better on student presentation in addition to the supervisor score of 4 or above (out of 5) in order to earn full micro-credentialing credit.
