Who should attend? This course will cover the fundamentals of project management primarily for working professionals who are seeking a basic understanding of key concepts. No prior project management experience is required.

Participants will learn about defining business needs and project scope, critical success factors and key performance indicators, identifying the project team and stakeholders, defining key milestones and planning the project schedule, documenting requirements, meetings and communication, and tools.
