CIRTL Scholar Level of Accomplishment

CIRTL Scholars have added to community knowledge about teaching and learning. They have designed and implemented a Teaching-as-Research investigation, and defended the findings to CIRTL learning-community peers. The significance of CIRTL Scholar Teaching-as-Research work is established through presentation and/or publication of the findings to all-university, regional, national, or international audiences.

1) Completion of Associate and Practitioner level requirements 2) Presented and/or published the results of rigorous, significant, well-developed Teaching-as-Research and/or education research efforts to national or international audiences of their peers (peer-reviewed projects presented at national conferences and publishing in journals). This level represents a high level of engagement in the pillars of CIRTL through their application and defense of work 3) Update and submit Teaching Statement
