The badge earner is a faculty member who can develop a hybrid or online course using Blackboard's Ultra Experience and supporting technologies, including course management tools, building accessible course content, screencasting and Panopto, communication and messaging tools, Blackboard Collaborate, tests and assignments, grading and rubrics, and learning analytics.
