Completed prerequisite for ECE 7: Practicum in Early Childhood Education; four core courses: ECE 5: Positive Guidance and Discipline for the Young Child; ECE 6: Culture and Diversity in the Early Childhood Classroom; ECE 7: Practicum in Early Childhood Education; ECE 9: Language and Literacy for the Young Child, and at least three electives. Earned a minimum of 17 units. Met all requirements for a UCSC Silicon Valley Certificate in Early Childhood Education: Advanced Teacher.
