Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with Dexcom
Issued by
UC San Diego Extended Studies
The Earner has demonstrated the knowledge and skills needed to design a successful Lean Six Sigma Green Belt project by following the DMAIC process and leveraging lean methodologies of eliminating waste. The project was based on an actual workplace process that was projected to save at least $40k in hard savings upon implementation of the solution. Earners receive 40 educational hours of training equaling 4 Continuing Education Units (CEU).
