This badge is earned through a course presented by a TWI Certified Trainer within the earner's organization. Earners learn how to Isolate the Problem looking for proof while exploring the true causes of the problem. Then they use their knowledge and skill of JI, JR and JM to Prepare for Solution and Correct the Problem. The final step of the 4-step method for problem solving is to Check and Evaluate Results to ensure the change or correction has been made and problem recurrence prevented.
