Earners have completed this ‘Train the Trainer’ style course and have the skills necessary to facilitate the Job Instruction Skills Building course. Using the Facilitator Manual, which standardizes the delivery of the training, earners have experience in delivering the Job Instruction Skills Building course. Earners have demonstrated proficiency in facilitating the Skills Building course by leading teach-back sessions of the course content during the week long trainer development course.
