Out of 44,000 union learning reps in the UK, Sean Dixon was named Union Learning Rep Award Winner in the category of disadvantaged learners at the 2019 Unionlearn conference. Sean, a rep from USDAW, won the award in recognition of his excellent work with migrant workers and in setting up courses in functional skills, mental health support and dyslexia support in his workplace.
