Essentials of Leading Screening Operations
The course develops and enhances the competencies necessary for Lead Transportation Security Officers (LTSO). This course is one of three in the Essentials curriculum designed to prepare TSA's frontline leadership team members to meet the organization's operational needs and expectations as their level of responsibility increases. Topics include LTSO competencies; building good habits; effective communication; team building; conflict management; and screening operations readiness.
