Earning Criteria

Score grade of at least 80% in TPM Academy summative assessment

Successful completion of the TPM Academy curriculum, including the TPM Orientation and TPM Strategies 1 through 6

Demonstrated experience in implementing the TPM framework, methodology, and associated concepts in the field, through an employer collaborative, employer-led initiative, or application of TPM methods to another existing talent pipeline initiative.

Submitted an application for peer review to demonstrate ability to meet the 32 competencies through a narrative describing their TPM efforts through an employer collaborative, employer-led initiative, or application of TPM methods to another existing talent pipeline initiative with optional supporting documentation. Candidates must receive a “met” determination from the majority of reviewers (2 of 3) for at least 75% of the required competencies to meet the requirements for application approval.
