Advanced Leadership Certification
Earners of this badge deepen their leadership capacity by building on the skills developed in the Foundational Leadership Certification. Participants complete 12 Harvard ManageMentor courses on topics such as strategic thinking, change management, and attracting and cultivating talent. They also engage in interactive online workshops where leaders from across The Salvation Army collaborate, reflect on learning, and explore how to apply these concepts in their leadership context.

Earning Criteria
