Technical Specialists achieve this Milestone by submitting a comprehensive package of information describing project and other experiences for review by a Distinguished Technical Specialist. The assessment criteria include all of the Skills mentioned above. At Level 3, Technical Specialists must be able to demonstrate these skills at a "deep" level, having mastered the state of the art.

Candidates must have performed as a Lead Technical Specialist in a successful solution/engagement which resulted in significant, positive impact on the business of their client/employer, as measured by financial or other KPIs.
