Completed several assessments about: different ways to influence others and exert power; writing clear and compelling goals; and demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement the self leadership mindsets and skillsets

Attended and/or viewed recordings of all 4 virtual INSPIRE sessions with a leadership coach including participation in large and small-group activities

Completed the self-study content, at-home activities, missions, and discussion questions for each week; Practiced assessing a person's competence and commitment on a goal, task, or skill
