Individuals who earn this badge completed the PRO version of the Blanchard Student Self Leadership for Champions course. This 4-week collaborative online teaches how to support teenagers so that they can become empowered self leaders. With five virtual sessions with Blanchard’s leadership experts as well as self-study material, the class provides a common language between adults and student self leaders so that they can become more self-reliant and have better conversations more often.

Completed several self-assessments about: evaluating natural leadership tendencies; writing clear and compelling goals; diagnosing a person's development level on a goal or task; using the ENGAGE model for teaching; and demonstrating the knowledge, skills, and confidence to implement the self leadership mindsets and skillsets

Attended and/or viewed recordings of 4–5 virtual CHAMPION sessions including participation in large and small-group activities
