Attended and/or viewed recordings of all 4 virtual INSPIRE sessions with a leadership coach including participation in large and small-group activities; Reviewed additional content about how to gain independence by asking for what you need, how to troubleshoot bad goals, how to use an action planner to track success towards your goals, and examples of teenagers who demonstrate self leadership skills
