Individuals who have earned this badge have completed a Blanchard SLII® program, which includes all modules of the program: Goal Setting, Diagnosing Development Level, and Matching Leadership Styles. In addition to the skills demonstrated at the SLII – Trained level, Leaders have demonstrated usage of SLII skills for at least six months beyond the training event. This includes regularly setting SMART goals, diagnosing the development level, and adapting their leadership style.
