Completed the intensive two-day hands-on, interactive program. Facing realistic simulated challenges, role-plays and case studies, the recipient has had the opportunity to play out complex scenarios to find actionable takeaways, and working in small peer groups has had the opportunity to apply leadership skills and navigate team dynamics.
