IM Ops Customer Ambassador
The Customer Ambassador Program aims to stimulate a consumer-centric mindset and posture Individual Markets Operations associates to generate ideas and inspires colleagues to transform how we operate and serve consumers to create meaningful and Wow experiences. This 10-week program teaches how to understand the individuals behind our work, apply consumer advocacy skills, show genuine care for consumers, and empowerment to inspire and motivate others to embrace and embody the same principles.

Earning Criteria

The program runs 10 weeks and requires a commitment of 4 hours weekly to teach how to promote a consumer-centric mindset to create Wow experiences. Facilitated training and discussion introduce various educational topics followed by activities and assignments that apply and reinforce the learning objectives. The program includes Guardian's Consumer Advocacy Champion and Together for Change programs, as well as critical thinking, problem solving, and exceptional service actions.
