Consumer Advocacy Champion Leader
Consumer Advocacy provides insights that enable us to see things through the consumer’s perspective, helping us design solutions around their wants, needs, and challenges. At this level, Colleagues apply consumer advocacy behaviors and implement changes through the enterprise earning 12 points for completed activities that include posting on Yammer, participating in various trainings, and demonstrating their new skills on their own projects throughout the enterprise.
