Consumer Advocacy provides insights that enable us to see things through the consumer’s perspective, helping us design solutions around their wants, needs, and challenges. At this level, colleagues complete their learning and start practicing consumer advocacy behaviors earning 8 points for completed activities that include posting on Yammer, participating in various trainings, and demonstrating their new skills on their own projects throughout the enterprise.

Earning Criteria

Points earned through Yammer posts for 1) a Wow consumer experience, 2) learning from Voice of Customer insights or journey map, or 3) recommendation or real outcome influenced using consumer advocacy tools and information; Training 1) Introduction to Consumer Advocacy, 2) Voice of Customer, or 3) Journey Mapping; and Experience in 1) creating a persona, 2) leading journey map session, 3) project proposal with journey map and consumer insights or 4) SIMLAB or Accessibility Lab participation.
