This 2022 TFF program, funded by The Pittsburgh Foundation, seeks to build a leadership and operational capacity of small-midsized nonprofit organizations in South Western PA. The program runs March through December 2022. Full program activities include coaching, technical assistance, and leadership learning circles participation.

Earning Criteria

Participants completed 6 months of coaching with an Executive in Residence expert. In addition to that, participants joined learning circles facilitated by Dr. Craig Maier for four weeks.
