The CILEX Certificate in Conveyancing Practice is an introductory legal qualification which aims to create a route into studying law and provides a Foundation to progress on to the CILEX Professional Qualification, CPQ. Those completing will have an overview of the procedures required to act on a sale and purchase in a freehold residential conveyancing transaction; the purpose and content of a Will, the Intestacy Rules, how to apply for a grant of probate.
