Earning Criteria

(1) KNOW the difference between grants and contracts. (2) ASSESS their university’s and/or program's capabilities in context with NASA's mission, vision, and current activities. (3) UNDERSTAND how to leverage past performance to meet the needs of NASA. (4) ACCESS the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) system. (5) CREATE a 90-day action plan.
