Earners of this badge have completed the Best U RISE program as a participant and have returned to serve as a mentor. The mentors build on their experience with the program to guide current participants through the content, lead small group conversations, and assist participants with gaining access to leadership. Mentors provide guidance to the participants in their small groups as well as coaching to help participants put the skills they learn into practice.

Has completed full 6 months of RISE program training, including kickoff week and follow up modules, small group sessions, and completion of final project.
