The course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of risk management in the IT and information management arena. Topics: information assets, identifying risks, and management processes; information risk-related tools and technologies for better understanding of potential threats and vulnerabilities in business online; and adopting levels of security measures and best practices. Students cannot receive credit for both TEEX-0252 and TEEX-0286.
