Courtroom Testimony Practical Applications (FSA119)

The course objective is to educate peace officers, crime scene investigators, and other personnel with assignments pertaining to investigation, evidence collection, or evidentiary matters that may be required to testify in court. Prerequisites: FSA118 Foundations of Courtroom Testimony (Online). The general course topics include effective communication in court; the witnesses; and testifying in court.

The methods of assessment include examinations and performance rubrics (checklists) with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.
