A summer program for early college students to participate in a variety of online career exploration experiences from industry. Participants attend industry panels about a variety of occupations in the tech industry and complete a project demonstrating what they have learned. During this process they also have a mentor to answer any questions and engage in discussion.

Earning Criteria

Attended industry led panel discussions. Panels were focused on careers in tech and business. Participants were given the opportunity to ask questions to learn about specific roles and what employers are seeking in applicants.

Completed Forage simulations in Business, Tech, and/or Professional Development. Participants experienced a role and explored what it is like to work at a company in that occupation.

Participated in weekly meetings with their industry professional mentor. This gave participants an opportunity to engage in discussions about the occupations they learned about that week as well development a meaningful mentoring relationship with a professional in their intended industry.
