Teambuilding: Participants engage in role-playing scenarios to explore how an inclusive leader or influencer contributes to the development of an effective, cohesive, mighty team, where all team members have a sense of belonging, being valued, and being heard.

Stakeholder Engagement: Participants strategize on addressing the needs of an audience, as well as using effective listening skills as a member of an audience. Participants move beyond effective communication and engage with others authentically, leveraging the traits of inclusive leadership and active listening skills.

Performance Management: Participants walk through how to give and receive effective performance feedback and set up SMART performance goals using inclusive leadership principles. Participants learn methods to transform performance feedback into consistent coaching conversations that lead to positive outcomes.

Conflict Management: Participants discuss and collaborate on the practical application of conflict mitigation, negotiation and resolution in role-playing through conflict scenarios that demonstrate active listening, deconfliction and application of TR's cultural principles as an inclusive leader/influencer.
