The Project Accelerator Workshop is designed to take teams "0 to 60" (concept to concrete plan) in only a few days. The workshop is aimed at intact teams who already have a project or mission concept but are struggling to take those first crucial steps toward realizing their vision. The workshop provides just-in-time instruction on solution architecting, systems engineering and agile practices and processes to "jump start" the team toward building a roadmap to success.
