Partner Services Accreditation: L1/L2 Support

The Partner Services Accreditation for L1/L2 Support allows the holder to perform first (L1) and second (L2) level technical support of the Tanium platform, solutions & product modules for customers, replacing Tanium’s technical support. Technical support includes but is not limited to incident/issue investigation, troubleshooting, and remediation.

Earning Criteria

Holders of the Tanium Partner Service Accreditation for L1/L2 Support must directly employ a minimum of two (2) individual holders of the Tanium Certified Operator (TCO) and Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA) certifications, and the certifications must be current (not expired).
An accredited partner organization’s two certified individuals (holders of the TCO and TCA certifications) must each complete the full Tanium Support Advocate and Tanium Support Champion training curricula, including passing scores on all assigned course assessments.
This accreditation and associated enablement activities are available at Tanium's discretion, to Partners of Tanium.
