Technical support includes but is not limited to incident/issue investigation, troubleshooting, and remediation.

Earning Criteria

An accredited partner organization’s two certified individuals (holders of the TCO and TCA certifications) must each complete the full Tanium Support Advocate and Tanium Support Champion training curricula, including passing scores on all assigned course assessments.
