Practical problem solving and decision-making methodology (40 h). During military cadre training, officers learn to quickly develop useful and viable solutions. This knowledge is made available to civilians in the first phase of this training. Using civil examples, you will learn how to apply the management skills in a practical manner. The Management Basic Course focuses on the methodological competence of management technique.
