This course builds on the concepts introduced in the foundational course with a more in-depth look at how equity informs pursuits of social justice and informs and is informed by ideas of power, privilege, and opportunity. Participants examine existing inequities in a range of social contexts and reflect on how more equitable outcomes might be formulated while considering what might be gained and/or lost by various participants in each setting.
