Foundational Leadership Microcredential

LEAD@Oneonta is a comprehensive leadership program. It is designed to provide students an opportunity to explore leadership in a manner that gives them great breadth while allowing them to focus on areas important to them personally. The outcomes are based on the Council for the Advancement of Standards for Leadership Programs but have been modified to reflect SUNY Oneonta's core values.

Earning Criteria

Students will have completed the online Foundations of Leadership Core Competency Module, attended 11 events assigned to one of the LEADership Outcome, attended one event assigned to the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Outcome, and completed reflections on their involvement in at least two clubs and organizations.
