This microcredential is designed to help faculty and staff at all skill levels to build capacity and observe challenges and opportunities, as well as reflect upon and change practices through addressing implicit biases, microaggressions, and creating an inclusive classrooms and campus community to advance equity and student success. Completers will share with various audiences in support of advancing equity and creating an inclusive classroom and campus community to support DEI efforts.
