The Sawyer Business School’s Non Profit Law and Ethics Academic Micro-Credential
In this academic course, PAD 848, the students learn a practical framework for understanding the legal and ethical challenges faced by nonprofit human and social service organizations. Students learn about legal influence, including federal, state, and city, as well as the "internal" laws of the corporation, and explore the impact these laws have on the day-to-day operation of the nonprofit organization. Students develop a methodology for identifying issues and protecting their organizations.
