DEI Action Plan: The final project for the DEI certificate requires you to spend time crafting your own DEI Action Plan. To become a culture change agent, initially, you must reflect on your own personal diversity, equity, and inclusion knowledge and contributions to building inclusive environments. Once that personal assessment is made, it is a perfect opportunity to determine how you would like to increase your knowledge around differences, culture, bias and be a productive ally or advocate.
