The course objective is to cover basic statistical concepts of probability, confidence intervals and medical vs. statistical significance. The second half of this course teaches clinical trial designs including randomized controlled trials, ROC curves, CI and tests for relative risk and odds ratio, and an introduction to survival analysis.
