Earning Criteria

Earners must be State Farm employees.

Earners must complete the Foundational Innovation program and one elective program from the Foundational Innovation Badge requirements.

A total of two experiences are required to complete the Foundational Innovation Badge requirements. (1) Demonstrate the ability to fail forward quickly (2) Demonstrate the curiosity muscle of 'what is possible' through the work you do every day (3) Demonstrate process improvement within the work. Be sure to write down your experiences when you submit the badge request form.
