Earning Criteria

Guest Service Gold is a certification offered by the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute. It has been adopted by the Utah Tourism Industry Association as an industry standard across the state. Customer service training elements will be applied as participants navigate industry specific, real life scenarios.
