Smurfit Westrock partnered with INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools, to design a fully customised leadership development program based on the Smurfit Westrock Open Leadership model. The program is based the premise that business performance is linked to human behaviour. Over 12-14 months the program gives participants an opportunity to develop more breadth and depth to the way that they lead in Smurfit Westrock.

Earning Criteria

  • Participants participate in a three module program over 12-14 months. During each module they engage in a variety of learning activities including case studies, small group work, experiential action-learning workshop, simulations, one to one coaching, personal reflection and reading, small coaching groups and structured feedback processes involving self, peers and professional coaches.
