Partners are assessed across three core areas; performance and revenue generated; amount of licence revenue generated. Capabilities and certifications awarded; skills, knowledge and capabilities of partners team members and certifications awarded. Customer success and feedback; delivery of customer projects that drive customer success by getting feedback from customers.
