Earning Criteria

Learners were required to complete all interactive and/or video modules in the conflict resolution course. These consisted of topics on theories and practical content such as understanding conflict styles, how to respond to conflict and manage ego, techniques to resolve conflict, and more.
The learner will have shown understanding of the course material by completing various quizzes and assessments based on the content provided.
The learner was given a workbook to be completed alongside the course. In this workbook, they completed many practical activities such as: responding from the adult ego state, a conflict styles assessment, using the "P.R.I.S.S method" to prevent conflict, and more.
