Earning Criteria

Over 11 sessions, this program guided participants to explore what is an exponential mindset, and acquire foundational knowledge of digital technologies and concepts. Next, participants investigated which of these trends and technologies presents the greatest opportunities for impact within Sanlam, and discovered innovations that could empower the organization to capitalize on upcoming technological disruptions and opportunities.
Finally, participants were guided to reimagine current and future challenges by assuming technological and societal advances that could occur in the next five to ten years. As a result, Sanlam’s leaders develop the mindset, skills, and strategic vision to successfully activate digital transformation and create exponential impact.
Completed at least 12 hours of facilitated learning over 4 months, led by Singularity Experts, in sessions on various rapidly accelerating technologies and emerging models.
Debated the implications for Sanlam and its digital transformation vision, and the evolving demands of leadership, in workshops and Q&A format with Experts.
Demonstrated new ways of thinking and working in the context of digital transformational technologies with peers, partners and experts in the field, during strategic connection meetings.
